Every day I come across women who want to feel more beautiful, aligned, alive, juicy, in touch with their passion and able to offer their deepest blessings to the world. They truly yearn to fulfill their own potential in service to healing and transforming the planet.
And…
Every day the same women tell me about how they are limited, fried, frazzled and burnt out. I hear how women are operating without the support of being divinely guided, without the support of a deep connection to their own feminine intelligence and rhythm. Women tell me they are struggling to find the time, energy, and vibrancy, to live the life they are truly wanting- to be of service to their own selves, families and to the planet. I hear how hard it is to find time to connect, how much there is to do, how there is never enough time, how stressful life is. I hear how your bodies, minds and souls suffer from not enough rest and too much input. We know that STRESS is the number one underlying cause of most illnesses. It shows up as headaches, problems sleeping, digestive problems, over-eating, under-eating, irritability, disruption in our menstrual cycle, problems in our relationships and on and on and on.
In short, I hear that it is very, very hard for you to make the space and time to pamper, nourish and take care of yourselves, so that you have enough- more than enough to be the conscious powerful healers and leaders that you are:

We all know that we need to relax, take time out, and tune in and yet, somehow it always seems that there is something more important to DO- something else that needs our attention…We live in a world where the masculine paradigm of over doing, productivity and expansion has eclipsed our more internal feminine wisdom and knowing, that sometimes more is not better, and faster is not the way to go! This imbalance of over doing – and denigration of BEING is the cause of deep exhaustion,overwhelm and imbalance not just within our own bodies, but across our planet. We know that there is deep wisdom inside our wombs, we KNOW that there is a wisdom there that is simply waiting for us to discover it and to remember how to listen to it. We know that we need a place where we can come at anytime and take time out of time to refuel and revitalize our being so that we can heal and transform the world from the inside out.
