Every single day there are 1400 business’s started by fearless courageous and heartfelt women. If you are reading here then you may be one of these women!  As women we move our hearts and souls and all of our juiciness into our creations whether they be babies, relationships, lovers, homes, caring for others, or of course our business’s!  Probably you have felt  that your business asks you to stretch and grow in all kinds of  directions that are uncomfortable- all kinds of ways that you NEVER anticipated.

I see this every day as I walk beside women like you.

Women who are stretching and growing beyond old stories and limitations, facing fears, and passing through all kinds of initiation gateways as they choose to be of more passionate service to the world. An initiation gateway occurs in our life at a point when we have the sense that “something has to give”, “there has to be more than this”, or “this is not working anymore” .  Sometimes these gateways come through us losing something, a lover, a pet, or a job. Other times we may find ourselves feeling unwell, lacking energy, not feeling inspired, feeling run down, congested- as if we need to purge and release something. However we arrive the initiation  gateway of deep change and transformation we all need guidance, support and soul attendance to crossover its threshold.

These days our entrepreneurial life is one that asks a lot of us – we as women are at the  forefont of a social business phenomena that is changing the way that we “do” business. We are bringing the HEART and SOUL of business alive – because that is who are we are. We know that money is important, but that it does not eclipse our integrity, passion, purpose, connection, love , generosity, collaboration and innovation.   We also know that when we commit to being service in this way that we are required to do our own “work”.

Our business can only be as vibrant, healthy,aligned, and full of integrity as we are ourselves. This means that we are often challenged to clean up our own act from the  inside out. We have to look inside first- when something “outside” is not working. This is what I mean when I talk about  our business as the foundation of our own “soul work”. Our business as a series of initiatory gateways.

• So in truth do you feel that that sometimes you are not able to walk your talk?
• Do sometimes see that what you are teaching and imparting to your clients is not what you are doing for yourself?
• Do you wonder why it is so easy for you see what others need in order to move it along- to be the most brilliant beings that they are- and yet you can’t see for yourself what is needed?
