I just had the most amazing interview on the Inspiring Women Summit with China Galland and Laura Simms about the Reemergence of the Durga archetype in our contemporary context. The short version is that anger and OUT RAGE is to be expected given the state of our world and what is happening in particular to women and girls all over our ravaged planet. As you all know i just got back from my own journey to the Congo where i encountered deep rage and deep grief at what is still happening to all our sisters there. What we are called to do with the OUT RAGE is take it inside ourselves in spiritual practice to transform it to love- and how do we do this you may cry!

Step one: Open your heart to the pain and suffering, rage and anger, simply let yourself feel it.

Step two: Know that whatever you are judging in the ones who are inflicting the pain also lives within you- very hard to accept- but know that we are all human and not separate.

Step three: Embrace that demonized aspect of yourself and feel the intense comapssion and love for the pain, alienation and fear this part feels. Breathe inside this aspect of you allow your heart to open

Step four: Feel your heart soften to come from a place of love and NOW take inspired fierce compassionate action.

The next 13 Moon Circle begins in March 2012

In preparation, I am calling forth 13 exceptional women who are ready to stand as Priestess’s in the world. Rooted in the Avalonian mysteries, this training provides a profound alchemical crucible to explore the many faces of the Divine Feminine in a deep, loving, co-created circle with inspiring initiates. This program is a deeply committed 13 month program. We co-create a loving, solid container that fully supports each woman throughout the expansive and sometimes difficult transformation that will take place throughout the year.

In this immersive training you will:

Explore 13 different archetypes or faces of the Divine Feminine to understand the places where you already SHINE and also those places where you could grow and stretch into new aspects of your femininity
Learn how to sit in empty presence and sustain a field of empty awareness.
Cultivate an “inner” ear that can listen deeply into the silence for your own deep intuitive voice
Establish and sustain a direct connection to the Divine to nourish your soul and provide a source of deep meaning and renewal.
Learn Priestessing skills that can be used to diagnose & work with your clients, offering them greater insight and healing.
Learn tools of manifestation so you can create and live your life in abundance, deep service and joy.
Participate in a consistent, loving container that will support you in exploring and offering your deepest gifts in the world.
Design ceremonies and rites of passage to honor initiatory turning points and important life events.
Learn to understand and apply the language of symbol, sound, geometry, movement, and creative expression to shape and communicate consciousness

10. Celebrate the sacred by finding and creating beauty all around you, enliven your hearts and your communities

11. Heal core wounds that keep you living small and instead step into your radiance as an empowered Priestess

12. Gain the ability to track and shift group energy in leading your own groups, so you are more tuned-in to dynamics that could otherwise sabotage group processes.

13. Learn to follow your joy! Practice spending more time cultivating those things that fill you will joy, energy and ecstasy!

Whats Sparks Your Light?

Hello!

I want to share something that deeply touched me – and made me think of you and where you might be in your life.

Last week I was watching the final show of Oprah , and I was so moved by her vulnerability, her heart, her incredible strength and her authenticity. She was just on stage, alone, not trying to be anyone else, but herself. She is for sure a Queen of Transformation- a woman who has changed her painful past to a powerful presence and an incredible life of passionate service.

Oprah shared how we each have a “calling” and we each have our own platform – however big or small – for sharing our gifts with the world. She said a calling “lights you up and it lets you know that you are exactly where you’re supposed to be, doing exactly what you’re supposed to be doing.”

And I thought to myself, “Yes! I’m doing that. I’m doing exactly what I’m supposed to be doing, reaching people in powerful ways from a place of passionate service.” I’ve chosen to guide and serve women who are stepping into their full selves and authentic voice and who truly are ready to do the thing they’re called to do in the world.

For some women, their “thing” is on a large stage in front of big audiences. But for many of us, it’s leading smaller groups, working on teams, guiding people one-on-one, or making an impact behind the scenes. I realized when watching Oprah last Wednesday that the most important thing to me is for women to transform their lives and to find the gem within – to turn all the past stories of hurt and limitation into their authentic gold and get in touch with what Oprah says “what sparks the light in you so that you, in your own way, can illuminate the world.”

I heard Oprah’s message as a clear call to action: She’s handing over the baton to each one of us and saying: Your turn now. Your turn to truly live from your deepest place of passionate joy and service. And my call to you is this: there will be no more Oprah holding court every weekday afternoon. I’m calling you now to hold court in your own life, get in touch with your calling and platform – no matter how big or small – or recognize that the platform or circle of influence among your family, friends, neighbors or co-workers is actually just fine the way it is. There’s no need to be more, do more or have more, and you don’t need to confuse making an impact with having fame.

It’s time for all of us to move from being in the audience to taking center stage in our lives. The greatest thing you can do is to move your own light into the world no matter what.

So I just got sent this and I LOVED it and it is so inline with What Love Would Say ….so here it is..

“Each time we truly bear witness to something as a human being—a tree,
a bird, an animal, the small miracle of a fern unfolding or a
dragonfly on the back of our hand—we also, because humans carry the
impulse of the divine, give something back to whatever it is we are
witnessing. And not only to that particular entity, but to the
undivided whole of which it is a part. It is the divine recognition of
these entities, that sacred interaction of Love, Lover, Beloved,
Knower, Known, Knowing, which bestows life upon all things, including
us. Whether we call it dependent co-arising or the breath of the
Divine, it is the place where our consciousness (Divine consciousness
if we choose it to be) moves freely between the inner and the outer
worlds and has an effect in both. As Rumi said, we are all doorways.”

Inspiration is to Vision what Compassion is to Healing

When you are inspired you feel no separation between yourself and spirit, yourself and others, yourself and the world around. Inspiration means you are filled with spirit, one with spirit, elated. Through the power of our breath, the power of our mind, and the depth of our hearts we can be the great change we wish for the world and ourselves.

Inspiration is the connection we have to spirit, when we are filled with spirit we are filled with life force or aliveness. It is what we feel when we are in the full YES to the universe, and all the abundance within and without. Inspiration is what is felt when we let this life force flow through us with rapturous delight. We are living our life in co-creativity the source of energy.

We can truly create the world and ourselves with intention, love and kindness.
